A Café-Style Coffee Experience at Your Workplace

A coffee cart creates a natural place for people to pause and connect during the workday or at a business event. It suits a return-to-office day, team celebration, client function or tenant gathering, bringing barista-made coffee into the workplace for a defined occasion. The cart provides a shared refreshment point while attendees move through the event.

One booking brings the cart, barista, equipment and coffee service together, so your team can focus on hosting. It’s a temporary expression of corporate hospitality, without needing a permanent coffee bar.

What’s Included in Coffee Cart Hire?

A booking includes the core equipment, drinks and service items, along with delivery and pack-down:

  • Mobile coffee cart

  • Trained barista

  • Espresso machine and grinder

  • Coffee, milk and alternative milks

  • Tea and hot chocolate

  • Cups and service consumables

  • Delivery, setup, service and pack-down

Alternative milks and non-coffee options are included in the booking. Custom menu options are available too. Share menu preferences and dietary requirements when you enquire so the team can confirm the options for your event.

Plan the Right Coffee Cart Setup

The right setup depends on how your event will run. Share expected attendance and the busiest service period, along with the details that shape the venue plan. If the event has a fixed arrival, scheduled break or interval, include that timing too. A short peak can shape the service window and setup being discussed, even when total attendance is modest.

  • Event date, Sydney suburb, venue and event type

  • Expected guest numbers and likely peak period

  • Preferred service hours and menu preferences

  • Proposed cart location, space for guest flow and queueing

  • Bump-in access, indoor or covered placement, and available power and water

A floor plan or photo can help show the proposed cart location. Check venue access, approvals and requirements with your event contact so the setup can be confirmed before the day. If you need coffee service beyond a one-off activation, explore our ongoing corporate barista service.

How the Service Works

  • Smiling female barista with dark hair in a bun, wearing a blue shirt and black apron, standing at coffee bar, holding coffee urn, in a modern café with colorful tiled wall in the background.

Share your workplace or event brief

Send the date, venue, event type, audience, estimated guest numbers and preferred service window. Include what you want the coffee service to support, menu preferences and any venue details you have so Workplace Hospitality can check availability and understand your brief.

  • A barista using a stainless steel milk frothing pitcher to steam milk at a coffee shop espresso machine, with cups, saucers, and small bowls nearby.

    Confirm the setup

Before the event, agree on the menu, service hours, cart location and expected peak with the team. Confirm bump-in access, any venue approvals, and power and water with your building or event contact, including what the venue needs to provide. Decide who will be the onsite contact on the day and how the barista team can reach them.

  • A person pouring coffee from a silver pitcher into a white mug with a small bear illustration on it, standing in front of a colorful tiled wall.

    Deliver and serve

On the agreed day, Workplace Hospitality arrives for the confirmed bump-in, sets up the cart and provides barista service during the agreed window before packing down. If your building has specific loading or access procedures, confirm these with the venue contact ahead of time.

Why Work with Workplace Hospitality?

Workplace Hospitality specialises in hospitality for corporate workplaces, including barista coffee and other in-office services. That focus matters when an event takes place in a working office or commercial precinct: the cart needs to fit the venue, the guest flow and the event schedule.
